The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) in an Aug. 28 Federal Register notice proposed a rule to revise aspects of the process to request exclusions from the duties and quantitative limitations on aluminum and steel imports discussed in five previous BIS interim final rules.
