Spouse/Guest FAQs & Program Highlights:

How can a registered Spouse/Guest participate?

Registered Spouse/Guests are invited to attend all social events (please note that Spouse/Guest attendees are not able to attend educational/industry-related sessions or work in Exhibitor booths). Those who have joined NCBFAA for past Conferences know that the special friendships made during the Spouse/Guest events are memorable, as veteran attendees focus on meeting new attendees and helping them enjoy all that Orlando and the Conference have to offer. There are Spouse/Guest activities each day, and all are encouraged to attend every evening function.

Where else can spouses and guests get together?

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., there will be a reserved table at the hotel restaurant, Tradewinds, for spouses and guests to gather. From Sunday - Wednesday, the NCBFAA Hospitality Area will be open various hours for spouses and guests to enjoy and relax.

What programs are available for Spouse/Guests to register for?

• Sunday: Golf tournament (additional cost - $125 [Regular Member discounted rate]; $150 [General registration rate])  |OR| Sunday: SeaWorld Tour (additional cost - $119  *Space limited; subject to cancellation if minimum numbers not met)
• Sunday - Wednesday: NCBFAA Hospitality Area (various hours)
• Monday: Spouse/Guest Meet & Greet
• Monday: Spouse/Guest First Gentleman's Reception, hosted by Don Damon
• Monday - Wednesday: Breakfast at Tradewinds Restaurant
• Tuesday: Spa Day ($75 spa credit provided; additional fees may apply)  | OR | Tuesday: Water Color Card Painting Class
• Wednesday: Mocktail Demonstration

Activity Highlights:

ADDITIONAL COST ($150)

This year's Golf Tournament will take place at the Falcon's Fire Golf Course, located 17 minutes away from the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. Please note that there will be no registration cancellations or additional registrations accepted after March 21^st and there will be no changes in golf foursomes after March 26^th.

Guests will begin their day with the guided Rescue Tour, followed by 1.5 hours of free time to explore the park, and ending with reserved seating at the 12:00 PM Orca Encounter before departing at 12:30 PM.

The SeaWorld Rescue Tour provides guests a chance to tour SeaWorld’s Rescue facility and explore how SeaWorld has cared for over 41,000 rescued animals for more than 50 years. On this 30 minute tour, guests will have the opportunity to see manatees and sea turtles while learning how SeaWorld rescues and cares for the animals.

Please note, all guests must depart at 12:30 PM unless they purchase a general admission ticket at the gates at their own expense.

We will provide all of the information you could want to know about the Orlando area, to help you make the most out of your stay, as well as a welcome mimosa to start off the Annual Conference. There will also be a raffle. You must be present to win the raffle.

This is a chance to meet and socialize with other Spouses/Guests. This event will provide our spouse/guests the unique opportunity to explore an aspect of local Florida culture and get to know each other and NCBFAA leadership better.

Enjoy the relaxing services of the Ritz-Carlton Spa, located at the Orlando Grande Lakes located minutes from the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. From full-body massages to sound therapy, the Ritz Carlton Spa combines traditional spa treatments with holistic therapeutic practices. Call the Spa at (407) 393-4200 to make your reservation. The Spa recommends that a reservation be made at least two weeks in advance. Without a reservation, the Spa may not be able to accommodate you. For more information,  click here.

Please note that transportation is not included in this event. Individuals must make their own travel arrangements.
