In comments submitted to the Federal Register, NCBFAA welcomed the Food and Drug Administration's recent updates to its Industry Guidance for Cosmetics Registration and Product Listing. NCBFAA President Jose D. (J.D.) Gonzalez said the updates provide “needed clarity for the trade,” particularly the Frequently Asked Questions section.
