A few of the panels for these members included Cyber Security & Downtime; Exports – Current and Future States, Challenges, and Opportunities; and Liquidated Damages, Penalties, and Other Fan Mail with speakers from the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Census Bureau, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the NCBFAA Export Compliance Subcommittee.
