FIATA reminds air freight forwarders that new European Union (EU) requirements will enter into force under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/920, effective Sept. 1. These requirements apply to Regulated Agents (RAs), which are entities formally approved by the competent EU authority to apply security controls to cargo.

The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) on Friday evening, Aug. 29, released its decision in V.O.S. Selections, Inc. v. Trump, the case challenging the IEEPA Reciprocal, IEEPA Fentanyl (China), and IEEPA Border (CA/MX) tariffs.
