Michelle Francis is a licensed Customs Broker and Vice President of Magic Custom Brokers Inc, in Canton, MA. Magic Custom Brokers Inc is a family-owned business started in 1984 by her father-in-law. The company is now run by Michelle, her husband Kevin, brother-in-law Will and her son Owen. She is a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) with the NCBFAA. Michelle is currently the President of the Boston Custom Brokers & Freight Forwarders Association (BCBFFA) , NCBFAA Membership Committee Chair, and a member of the NCBFAA Customs Committee. She also served as Chair of the NCBFAA Affiliated Presidents Network. Michelle has BS from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst.
