Kim Daniels started her international trade career in 2007 when she helped move thousands of square feet of curtain wall system parts from Foshan, China, to Las Vegas as part of her role in the construction supply industry. In 2010, Kim earned her Master of Business Administration degree and continued to develop her career by assisting fulfillment centers to collaborate with small business importers. In 2013, Kim received her Customs Broker License and opened Mercantile Logistics & International Trade, Inc. In 2017, Kim realized the need for more of a legal eye for international trade regulations and obtained a Master of Science in Law. With this training, she has worked extensively with small businesses to ensure they do not get tripped up by the myriad of complications that affect import and export trade.

Mercantile Logistics & International Trade, Inc. works through the often confusing and sometimes expensive world of customs brokerage and compliance. We help companies with import and export requirements, focusing on issues such as UFLPA, Anti-Dumping/Countervailing, and Sections 301, 232, and 321. We also collaborate with legal firms that provide export compliance parameters, specifically with EAR and ITAR issues.
