Joe Trulik is the Director of Compliance and Consulting for Cole International (U.S.) Inc. and is a Licensed Customs Broker. He has previously held senior executive positions at both FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage and Russell A. Farrow (U.S.) Inc. In these roles, he had a broad range of responsibilities for the U.S. Customs brokerage and compliance operations, while supporting and leading many corporate initiatives.

After achieving a BA at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, Mr. Trulik began his career in international transportation and customs brokerage when he was hired by CJ Tower & Sons. CJ Tower & Sons is one of several companies that eventually combined to form FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage. He later received an MBA from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI.

Mr. Trulik is the Vice-President of the Northern Border Customs Broker Association (NBCBA), previously served as a board member with the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) and was a past President of the Detroit Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association (DCBFA). He currently serves on several NCBFAA and COAC committees and work groups and is a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) and a Certified Export Specialist (CES).
