Donna Kavanaugh is a Compliance Manger at A. N. Deringer, Inc., with a focus on U.S. export laws and regulations. She is heavily involved in the preparation of export training and risk management programs for Deringer. 

Donna obtained her individual Customhouse broker license in 1996, and she is also a Certified US Export Compliance Officer, Certified Customs Specialist and a Certified Export Specialist. She is the Vice Chair of the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) Export Compliance Subcommittee and actively participates in many working groups on this committee, including being the leading the Vehicle Export Working Group.
