Carime A. Duck, LCB, President of Charles Dorsch Ship’s Agent Inc., has developed a passion for the industry, inspired by her upbringing along the San Diego/Tijuana border. With a family involved in different areas of the supply chain, she launched her career in the industry right after college, gaining experience in Customs House Brokerages, Customs Law, and Freight Forwarding. In 2013, she founded her own brokerage firm before acquiring Charles Dorsch Ship’s Agent Inc. in 2021. As President, she leads with vision and innovation, committed to client satisfaction and industry advancement. Carime also serves as President of the San Diego Customs Broker Association and actively participates in associations like the Pacific Coast Council, NCBFAA, and Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce, furthering her dedication to the trade community's growth and success.
