Spector has established landmark precedents in the international trade,
logistics and transportation arena in excess of 30 significant published court
decisions.
His
litigation efforts have resulted in the enforcement of limitations of liability
and landmark precedent setting case law in favor of the logistics industry in multiple
jurisdictions throughout the country. Mr. Spector has in-depth knowledge of the
various functions that logistics companies perform in servicing the export and
import community while providing supply chain solutions for shippers and
consignees. His experience includes, but is not limited to, warehouse
distribution, incoterms, letter of credit, air waybills, bills of lading,
international agency agreements, master service agreements, charter agreements,
representation before the TSA, DOJ, FMC, DOD, Bureau of Industry and Security,
Customs, London Metal Exchange among other government agencies, and
international project logistics contracts on a worldwide basis.
Mr.
Spector has given multiple presentations at logistics industry conference on
the subjects of risk management, insurance and logistics legal liability
trends. He has also provided numerous training seminars for insurers on legal
liability and logistics law.
