Headquartered in the Washington DC metro area, the NCBFAA represents more than 1500 member companies with 110,000 employees in international trade - the nation's leading freight forwarders, customs brokers, ocean transportation intermediaries (OTIs), NVOCCs and air cargo agents, serving more than 250,000 importers and exporters. The Association’s members handle more than 97% of the entries for goods imported into the United States and are directly involved with the logistics of these goods. Further, members operating as OTIs are involved with approximately 80 to 85% of all exports from the United States.

2026 Anti-Human Trafficking Symposium

Human trafficking demands a response that no single agency or sector can deliver alone.

 The DHS Center for Countering Human Trafficking (CCHT), Blue Campaign is pleased to present the 2026 Anti-Human Trafficking Symposium, a two-day, in-person event designed for the major industries, service providers, law enforcement, advocates, and federal partners who are doing this work every day.

This year's theme, Action is the Solution, centers on best practices and real-world solutions that can be adopted and adapted across communities, agencies, and disciplines. Whether you're in law enforcement, social services, or a federal role supporting anti-trafficking efforts, this symposium is built around the connections and conversations that move the needle.

Additional agenda details and logistics will be shared with registered participants ahead of the event.

The Symposium will be held at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City (1250 S Hayes St, Arlington, VA) on August 18 –19, 2026. For attendees needing accommodation, hotel rooms will be available at the government rate. Booking information and the link will be provided in the registration confirmation email.
